a footnote to "a trip down memory lane"

Betsy is watching her little boy grow up and I remember it well with her. When you notice one day that, "hey, where'd the baby go"? I cried the day I discovered that Betsy wasn't a baby any more, and I cried again when I realized she wasn't a little girl any more! I think Keith joined me in this one! It just hits you out of the blue! Wow! Where does the time go? I don't think I've ever really gotten over Betsy being my "Baby Girl", hence my nickname for her. Katie would argue the point since she's technically the baby. I call her "Little Girl". Brian's my "Baby Boy". They will be forever my babies!!!
